Before the workshop, I felt slightly apprehensive, as two hours seemed like a long time, but I shouldn’t have worried, as Denise guided us through the workshop beautifully. Her knowledge and expertise really shines through and her beautiful, calming, reassuring voice made it a wonderful experience. It was exactly what I needed at the time and I really felt a much calmer and more aligned person. Would highly recommend and I would definitely do it again.
