How do I know if I need a private session instead of a group class?

If you’re recovering from injury, navigating stress or trauma or want to build confidence before joining a class, private tuition can be a great starting point.

Can I book a one-off session, or is it better to commit to a series?

You’re welcome to try a single session first. For deeper support or lasting change, a short series is often more effective.

What kind of support do you offer between sessions, if any?

This depends on your needs and goals for the sessions. You may receive recordings, or check-ins between sessions to help you stay on track, but this will be discussed when you make an enquiry.

How are sessions tailored to individual needs or goals?

Each session is shaped around your body, mind, lifestyle and how you feel when you arrive for each session. We’ll discuss your intentions but do bear in mind, a private session is designed to bring you into balance and for this to happen you must be prepared to to defer to Denise’s recommendations in the moment.
