PRIVATE TUITION
Private yoga and Somatic Movement tuition is a great way to tailor your movement practice to your needs. The session can help ease chronic tension and discomfort, improve flexibility, mobility and functional movement, improve your mood or energy levels and ease stress and anxiety. It can also offer a way to experience yoga for the first time outside of a class setting if you need to build your confidence. Yoga and Somatic movement sessions are available as 1-2-1, 1-2-2 or small groups.
Depending upon your needs the session may include any of the following:

Location: In your own home or online
I can visit you in your own home/space or you can have a yoga and Somatic Movement session online via Zoom. Prices for in-person (within 5 miles of St Albans) and online sessions are shown below. Prices upon application for further afield. If you are interested in small group sessions or have a special event you would like to discuss, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Prices for combined Yoga/Somatic Movement sessions and the Somatic Movement six week course are shown below. Payment plans (subject to terms and conditions) are available upon request.
Yoga/Somatic Movement combo
Yoga sessions which incorporate Somatic Movement as a supportive element to facilitate the yoga.
- 1 x 60 minute session: £60
- 1 x 90 minute session: £90
- 3 x 60 minute sessions: £165*
- 5 x 60 minute sessions: £250*

Somatic Movement six week course
A six week therapeutic package designed to help relieve pain and discomfort in the body which includes:
- 1 x 1.5 hour assessment
- 5 x 60 minute sessions
- Video recordings of Somatic movements to practice between sessions.
- Support throughout
