Begin your journey to wellness and practice yoga with me, Denise Gaskell in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Some of the benefits of yoga include improved posture, strength, flexibility and sleep as well as a reduction in anxiety and mental and physical stress. Read more about the benefits of yoga. I teach a fusion of different styles of yoga – Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, iRest© meditation and other mixed movement therapies to individuals from all walks of life. My students range from athletes, the elderly, the healthy to those struggling with injury or illness. Yoga is a great way to improve your health and well-being not only on a physical level but on a mental and spiritual level.
Yoga is not about self-improvement or making ourselves better, It is a process of deconstructing all the barriers we may have erected that prevent us from having an authentic connection with ourselves and the world.
