Many of us spend all our time on the go, filling our lives with as much as we can. Sometimes, we need to stand back, take stock and allow ourselves to observe how we really feel physically and mentally.
Join me for an opportunity to bring balance back into mind and body.
This 2 hour in-person workshop will include:
*Gentle Somatic movement*
Improve functional co-ordination and reset the body with gentle, tension-releasing movements which can help to combat chronic pain.
*Yoga asana practice*
Bring yourself into the moment and embrace movement, strength, co-ordination and the body-breath connection.
*Breathwork*
Improve your breath capacity and explore the power of the breath to aid tension release.
*Relaxation*
End the session with a guided body sensing meditation to restore your body and mind ready for the week ahead.
No yoga experience necessary.
Please bring your own mat.
If you don’t have a mat, a handful of mats are available to hire at £1 each. Please advise if you need one when booking.
