A restorative yoga workshop to bring you into balance.

Feeling tense or stressed? Sleep deprived? Maybe you’re recovering from illness or injury or just need some me time? Combat the effects of tension and stress and give yourself a well-deserved treat. Join me for an integrated practice of floor-based postures, healing breath work and meditation to recharge and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit.

You will be guided through a gentle restorative yoga sequence to bring your focus deeper into the body. This will be combined with breathing practices to balance body and mind. The session will end with an iRest© Yoga Nidra meditation to induce deep body-mind relaxation leaving you feeling lighter, brighter and connected to your true Self.

No yoga experience necessary.
