Denise has been supporting workplace wellbeing by providing therapeutic yoga and somatics since 2019. She has worked extensively with the NHS providing weekly in-person and online classes alongside away day sessions across the country. Her approach is to tailor therapeutic yoga or standalone somatics sessions based upon the needs of the group.

A therapeutic yoga practice calms the nervous system, which helps diminish the effects of stress on the body, facilitating:

Available Options

Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

Duration: Ideal for combatting the stresses and strains of the workplace, yoga sessions with Denise are designed to suit the wellbeing needs of your team. They range from 15 minute daily sessions to all day events, online or in-person.

Somatics Sessions

Ideal for the release of physical tension, this accessible practice is ideal for those who feel intimidated by the idea of yoga sessions. Movements are small, slow and focused.

Duration: 45–60 minutes

Yoga Pranayama and Breathwork Sessions

As a standalone session, breathwork plays an integral part in calming the nervous system, helping to clear the mind and relax the body. Ideal for stress and anxiety relief.

Duration: 15-45 minutes

Meditation Sessions

Simple yoga meditation techniques are used in conjunction with breathwork to induce inner calm and help individuals develop resilience. Ideal for encouraging perspective and inspiring motivation.

Bespoke Wellbeing Programs

Denise offers customised wellness solutions designed to align with your organization’s goals and support employee wellbeing.

All sessions are delivered online via Zoom or in-person at an agreed location.
