YOGA CLASSES

Hatha yoga classes at Moving Into Stillness include postures, breath work and meditation in various combinations of slow flow and static postures.

We are all unique and yoga classes with Denise Gaskell are designed to suit your body and energy levels. Classes emphasize tuning in to your body and breath. You will be guided through yoga postures in a way that provides physical challenge, encourages reflection and inner focus and balance on many levels. Read about the benefits of yoga.

LIVE ONLINE YOGA CLASSES VIA ZOOM

If you prefer live online classes or you’re just not ready to go back to the studio, Zoom classes are available. Join a live online session by downloading the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device. Alternatively join via your browser. To help you get started, here are instructions for joining a Zoom meeting. Please position your device or computer so that you can see as much of your whole body as possible on the screen. Class prices and details below:

Hatha Fusion

Mondays: 6–7pm
Tuesdays: 9.30-10.30am

 

Learn how to use yoga to bring balance to your body. Combine the power of your breath with the slow and steady movement of yoga postures. Movement is tailored to your body to help you experience openness, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

 

Restore and Revive

Fridays: 9.30-10.30am

 

Take the time to nurture and nourish your body. with a combination of deep relaxation, connection and focused movement. Practice takes a deeper dive into breathwork, somatic movement, gentle yoga and meditation to promote deep relaxation, recoonection and mindful movement. Suitable for all levels.

BOOK YOUR PLACE

When you book your class you will receive a confirmation email containing either the location of your class or the Zoom link for your class. Payment details and links to required health questionnaires will also be included. Please make your payment via bank transfer using your name as a payment reference.

IMPORTANT: If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact me otherwise you won’t be able to join the class.

Class updates

There will be no classes on Good Friday (29th March) or Easter Monday (1st April) 2024. 

Cancellation policy

Zoom classes: Can be cancelled up to 15 minutes before the class starts. Classes cancelled after this time will be charged at full price. If you cancel a class which has already been paid for, within the designated time frame, you will receive a credit for a class which must be used within 14 days.

In-person classes: If you no longer wish to attend in person classes, please provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice before your next monthly payment is due. Missed classes will not be refunded or carried over to the next month.

COVID-19: If the studio/hall is closed as a result of lockdown, any pre-paid classes will automatically be transferred to Zoom online sessions.

 

Private sessions: A full refund will be given with up to 48 hours notice, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Workshops: As workshop spaces are limited, refunds will only be given if your place can be given to someone on the waiting list.

Private tuition offers the opportunity for a more personalised yoga experience for individuals, small groups and corporations. They can be a confidence booster if you’re worried about joining a class for the first time.
