Explore the breath as a powerful tool for stress and anxiety relief, helping you cultivate a sense of calm, enhance your focus, and build the resilience to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
Imagine having simple yet powerful tools at your fingertips to help you navigate the challenges of stress and anxiety. This 2 hour workshop with Denise Gaskell is designed to not only provide you with essential knowledge, but also practical skills to help you create and develop your own unique toolbox for stress and anxiety relief.
The session will explore how stress impacts the way we breathe, the workings of our nervous system and the vagus nerve – a key ally for calming the nervous system.
You’ll engage in grounding practices that cultivate calm awareness, experience gentle breath-led yoga and somatic movement that prepares your body for breathwork and practice conscious breath control techniques that help counteract the affects of stress and anxiety.
Navigating change begins with a choice that only you can make. If you feel ready to improve your wellbeing by choosing to explore the breath as a vital tool for stress and anxiety relief, this workshop is your perfect opportunity.

Shared Reflections
“I have attended Denise’s sessions for a number of years now and they are a positive addition to my week. I look forward to the calming nature of the session, the breathwork and connection to my body gives me a chance to completely refocus my mind and develop better awareness amongst the business of the day. The sessions give my brain and body a rest and I can come back to work feeling refreshed and recharged, but most importantly calmer and able to better tackle the challenges ahead. I know my nervous system really benefits from these sessions.”
