The Yoga of Sound
One of yoga’s many facets, the healing power of sound has been used for centuries to enhance and transform physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. A sound bath is a relaxing, immersive experience where the body and mind are bathed in the vibrational frequencies of sound. They can contribute to reducing stress levels, improving sleep and enhancing creativity.
Your Hosts

Denise Gaskell
For many years, I have embarked on a journey to take charge of my physical and mental wellbeing, seeking independence in my healing process. Yoga has been my steadfast companion for over 40 years, illuminating paths and offering insights that have profoundly shaped my identity and transformed my relationship with chronic pain.
My passion for learning has led me to develop a deep understanding of anatomy and effective strategies for self-managing both physical and mental challenges. Through somatic movement, I have discovered techniques that not only contribute to the development of a more balanced body but also enhance the depth of my yoga practice.
My mission is to share this knowledge, empowering my students to take control of their own health and wellbeing in the hope that they will experience the transformative benefits that yoga and somatic movement have gifted me.
