Therapeutic yoga combines the many facets of yoga – physical practice, breathwork & pranayama, guided meditation with the healing focus and movement of somatics. It explores your ability to connect to your body through the development of specially curated practices which help you find the type of practice that resonates with you.
A More Focused Approach
If you are living with chronic pain and don’t feel able to do yoga, standalone somatics can be an option. Chair or floor based, it will help you explore a very gentle way to retrain your nervous system and help you manage the habitual tension and movement patterns that contribute to your pain.
